FRIENDLY REVISED TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO HELP TRAVELLERS AND AGENTS TRAVEL POST-COVID-19 & EXCITING OFFERS
Due to the impact of Covid-19, Cottar’s 1920s Camp, Bush Villa and Conservation Camp have eased our rates, booking, deposit and cancellation terms to support greater flexibility, postponement and ease of travel.
We also have developed some incredibly exciting and inspiring travel offers which focus on safari travel for Purpose, Privacy, Protection and Pampering.
Booking Friendly Revised Terms (effective 15th May 2020)*:
A. 2020 rates extended, applicable to postponed 2020 bookings only**
B. Zero deposit to confirm your booking for all new bookings
C. Full payment received 45 days prior to arrival for all new bookings
D. No cancellation fees up to 45 days prior to arrival for all new bookings
E. Multiple postponements enabled, to be taken by the end of 2022 (rates will remain the same as at year of booking)
Exciting Safari Travel Offer
For all peak and high season safaris*** booked between 1st June and 31st December 2020, for travel between 1st June 2020 to 30th November 2021, Cottar’s 1920s Camp and Bush Villa are offering the below seasonal special offer to enable post-COVID-19 safe and purposeful travel.

** No rate increase if a postponement is in the same season – i.e. high season to high season. If there is a change of season then rates may be adjusted.
***Special Offer – shortened terms and conditions: Safaris can be taken within a 1 year period (Valid for travel during HIGH SEASON: 01 June – 30 June 2021 | 01 September – 31 October 2021and PEAK SEASON: 01 July – 31 August 2021 | 20 December 2021 – 10 January 2022).
**** Matching conservation payments exclude park fees and VAT.

- Applies to new bookings only
