Jacob is a certified human resources professional who effectively aligns the human resources practices of the company with its overarching business objectives and strategies. His primary focus is on maximizing the value of the organization’s workforce to facilitate business success. Additionally, he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department at the Cottars Group, which includes Cottar’s 1920s Camp and Bush Villa, Cottar’s Safari Services and the Cottars Wildlife Conservation Trust.
In his free time, he enjoys working out with Delta N. (aka guide Douglas Nagi).
